“I fully believe that people are the experts in themselves and have the answers they are looking for within. They just might need a little help along the way.“

I’m really passionate about men’s mental health across the lifespan. You may have been diagnosed or experiencing mental health and substance use concerns. Perhaps you are a young adult who may be struggling with these issues, which are especially challenging as you transition into adulthood. You are the experts in yourself and have the answers you are looking for within. You just might need a little help along the way.
Families and loved ones who support those struggling with a diagnosis or mental health are tasked with a tough job. You desire to help your loved-one but you feel the pull of the stress that this brings into your life. I’m here to help you achieve the balance you feel you have lost.
My experience as a clinical supervisor, lecturer, facilitator of workshops and published author all speak to my love of all things therapy and informs everything I do in my practice.
