It takes courage and vulnerability to ask for support and to explore parts of yourself you have not before. I will meet you with patience, curiosity, compassion and walk alongside you as you change.

You are ready to get your strength back and work through difficult life transitions with someone alongside you. Therapeutic support is a key component to moving beyond surviving to thriving. I will be a guide and a partner as you share your pain and your successes. We will reflect, stay in the moment and I will teach you mindfulness techniques that we use in the therapy room and that you can take with you so your coping skills become a part of you.
