“When you are struggling, let’s pause, reflect, and grow into your next step. With help, you will get better.”

Being a parent is tough. Sometimes it feels like it doesn’t leave any room for you. That is where I come in. I love working with new (and seasoned) parents navigating their world with kids. Sometimes the work happens before baby gets here, and often the work continues long after, as we are figuring out how all of the pieces of who we are fit back together. In my sessions, you can expect discussion, moments of laughter, tears, quiet reflection, and growth. I will challenge you, support you, and help provide different perspectives.
My hope is that our one-on-one work resonates beyond our time together and you see your strength, resilience, and skills throughout your daily life. It’s my job to help you discover and utilize what you already have within.
