“Doing things when you may not feel like doing them can provide a momentum that can build energy. It can help process thoughts and feelings too. I am here to offer you a sense of calm and a relaxed space to push through the tough stuff and actually feel like you are making progress.“

You have been going through a life-changing experience that seems to constantly leave you feeling depleted and hopeless. You are ready to work through this because the suffering needs to end, and you want to come out on the other side even stronger. When you work with me, you will feel heard. We will focus on managing all of the feelings that can come from a serious life event such as separation, loss, caring for an elderly family member, or learning how to co-parent. Learning tools that will sustain you past this difficult time will be our goal.
Achieving balance and exploring the mind-body connection is something I do myself. I attend Yoga and Pilates classes to keep myself well-balanced. My most important role is as a mother to a young adult son. Being a mother inspires me to teach, learn and grow to my potential so he can mirror that in himself.
