Christin is a Registered Psychotherapist who is passionate about neurodivergence. She is skilled in navigating ADD and ADHD and will help pave the way for self-acceptance and skills development.
“I recognize individuals as their own experts. Most often, a person needs someone to guide them in combatting the overwhelm and untangling the knots during challenging times in their lives. Ultimately, growth requires patience, and change requires courage and vulnerability. I will be your support during vulnerable times and help you find the courage you already have.”

Reaching out for support takes courage. For therapy to be effective, you need to feel supported and met with compassion. The struggles you have experienced seem to come from within. Struggles with focus, productivity, and that self-critical voice can make you feel “less than”. Therapy with me offers a place where you will feel heard and understood. My passion for neurodivergence has led me to become skilled in approaches that focus on you. We will work on the issues you want to focus on, using tools that make sense to you and are useful outside of the therapy room. I work to empower you through genuine understanding and impactful connection.
