Seeing Progress, One Session at a Time

I help clients see improvement in every session. That means I value your feedback so we can identify what’s working and where the challenges lie. As your therapist, I combine experience with a direct, honest, and sometimes humorous approach. I focus on your strengths, encourage skill development, and give you the push you need to explore who you truly want to be. While we acknowledge where you’ve come from and the struggles you’ve faced, my work is forward-focused—I’ll challenge you to dig through the past and start doing things differently, on your own terms.

Why I’m Passionate About Supporting Women in Midlife

My own struggle managing perimenopause—and finding a helping professional who truly understood what I was experiencing—ultimately led me to where I am today. Finally connecting with someone who “got it” and who helped me regain control of my life was a game changer. That experience inspired my passion for supporting women through this stage of life. I believe that the way through requires empathy, skill, and understanding from someone who genuinely gets it. No platitudes, no textbook responses, and really, no bulls*$t.

What You Can Expect in Our Work Together

Years in this profession have allowed me to build a deep and flexible toolbox. When you work with me, you can expect support that’s tailored to your needs, learning style, and readiness for change. I rely on honest feedback so we can experiment with tools and techniques that resonate with you—helping you feel progress both in session and in your everyday life.

You’re Not Alone in This

You might be feeling tired, overwhelmed, and unsure how you got here. You understand what people mean when they talk about the “sandwich generation,” and you know something has to change. You can only give so much before you burn out—but you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to help.
